Rick Roller has been a successful Realtor since 1978, when he was named Outstanding Rookie. In 1993, while helping establish a mortgage company, he was awarded Rookie of the Year and Top Producing Loan Officer. He has been the Broker for (list companies). He was Exit Realty’s first Principle Broker in Utah at Exit Realty Advantage, and is currently Principle Broker for Exit Realty Solutions.
Teaching regularly since 1980 at the Stringham School of Real Estate keeps Rick on the cutting edge of real estate laws, regulations, and techniques.
He is constantly rated one of the top instructors by students, and has been named “Instructor of the year” by the Stringham school, and the "Utah Real Estate Instructor of the Year" by the Utah Real Estate Instructors Association.
He has hosted and conducted real estate sales and educational seminars in virtually every state in the nation, and has shared the podium with many luminaries including Colonel Oliver North, and the late Og Mandino, author of “The Greatest Salesman in the World”. His efforts have resulted in the development of four Rookie of the Year recipients, including his partner Ken Carlisle.
Dr. Ken Carlisle has been a Realtor since 2002, when he was named Rookie of the Year. His second year in Real Estate he sold more properties than all other agents in the office combined.
He holds four college degrees, including a doctorate from Indiana University in training design and small group communication and team building.
As a human resource professional for 20 plus years, Ken personally recruited and trained thousands of employees.
He owned his own human resource consulting business for seven years, and managed a multi-million dollar manufacturing facility. As a Human Resource Director, Training Manager, and Consultant, he has presented workshops across the United States and Canada. He has been a frequent presenter for local and national human resource organizations. He has developed hundreds of training programs, in multiple languages. He has also authored many published articles and three books.
